Hi, my name is Paul Kim and I have been a sales consultant for Knauz Mercedes since 2014. a little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Northbrook and currently reside in Skokie. I received my bachelor's degree at Western Illinois University and entered the automotive industry shortly after. I enjoy playing tennis, golf and basketball. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Kim when purchasing our E Cab. We are in Tennessee and Paul made the purchase effortless !! After a very negative experience with another dealer (misrepresented the condition of a car after I flew in to purchase) dealing with Paul and the Knauz dealership was a pleasure. I was a bit apprehensi (misrepresented the condition of a car after I flew in to purchase) dealing with Paul and the Knauz dealership was a pleasure. I was a bit apprehensive doing another “fly in” deal but they made the transaction stress free for me. They were upfront, honest and professional at all times. I found their pricing very fair and the transaction was seamless. Juan was also quite helpful teaching me all of the tech on the car. I would definitely do business with this dealer in the future. Then thoroughly recommend working with Juan, I have never had a better experience on buying a car at a dealership and the walkthrough that he provided of the car and the tech was a big part of that. You also get a really good impression of what a dealership is like not just when everything goes well, but when there is a problem. In this case, there was an issue with the car (not dealers fault) but they dealt with quickly and with minimum impact on me. Really appreciated that, and will certainly always be taking my car back there for future services. More
