My engine was blown after less than 3000 miles and they said oh well. I don't know what to tell you. The engine was blown within 3 months of purchase and again less than 2500 miles. And you said oh well. said oh well. I don't know what to tell you. The engine was blown within 3 months of purchase and again less than 2500 miles. And you said oh well. It cost me over 6000.00 to put a new engine in. Lee Auto will not help you! More

Please for the love of god stay FAR FAR away from this dealer. I’ve been in the automotive industry for 10 years and came to check out a car they had listed online for a “fair” price. After going over the dealer. I’ve been in the automotive industry for 10 years and came to check out a car they had listed online for a “fair” price. After going over the car in a matter of a couple minutes I was finding hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of work needing to be done on the car. With that being said the “listed” price was only after you accumulated $3000 in “rebates” to actually get the online listed price you need to be Military, first responder, repeat customer, finance through them, and trade in to actually get the prices they have listed online. After wasting my first day with them finding out the “10k” car was actually over 16k all said and done I walked. Got a text the next day asking if I would make the deal for their “online price” of 10k and agreed to it after stating I’d like to take it on another drive and really go over it. Go in to make the deal and they give me the run around with financing. Okay, go and get pre approved for 58k through one of the same exact lenders they use. Follow up for the third day trying to get the deal closed, everything approved and they still shoot me a ridiculous number. The price of the car with taxes and registration and their fees put the amount up to almost 13k AFTER they gave me the “rebates” and honored the 10k price of the car. Math tells me they are picking up 1700 in fees that NO ONE would break down for me. Good luck trying to see a full breakdown on pricing, you’ll get a sticky note with a monthly payment amount with no explanation of how they got to that price. Never will spend a dime with these people after their extremely poor communication and lack of customer service. Just another typical run down car lot trying to get top dollar for bottom of the barrel auction cars. More

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Initially, we contacted them through an advertisement for a 2015 Toyota RAV4, priced at $8,820, which was within our budget. However, upo dealership. Initially, we contacted them through an advertisement for a 2015 Toyota RAV4, priced at $8,820, which was within our budget. However, upon reviewing the papers after signing, we discovered that the actual price was about $3,000 above the advertised amount. We promptly notified the dealership of the discrepancy and requested cancellation of the sale. They agreed to lower the price after we presented the advertisement as evidence. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of our problems. We made an down-payment of $4000 and signed all necessary documents, but shortly after the purchase, issues arose with the vehicle's transmission and car doesn't lock properly, car key doesn't lock the car, When we approached the dealership to resolve the problem, we encountered a lack of commitment and professionalism, my car been sitting there for a week already. Despite initial promises, the dealership failed to uphold their agreements, leaving us without options, saying that we can rent a car and they will refund it to us, unfortunately it was one more lie, it has been a nightmare dealing with this dealership and all those managers that has been lying to their clients since forever, you can check their yelp page, I highly recommend. Regrettably, we were forced to pursue legal action to resolve the situation. Based on this experience, we strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. While they employ skilled salespeople, their commitment and professionalism after the sale are severely lacking. More

They overpriced the car, requested a higher down payment, and didn’t explain the charges. Now, the car is leaking water, and despite charging me for a warranty, they want to bill me for windshield repairs. They also promised to handle my tag, but nearly a month later, I can't get any updates. Avoid this place—they're scammers! More

Bought a car for my daughter here and its been nothing but issues.. the manager CJ does nothing but make false promises and the owner (kyle austin lee) hides in the back and refuses to take responsibility but issues.. the manager CJ does nothing but make false promises and the owner (kyle austin lee) hides in the back and refuses to take responsibility. My experience with the Nissan Altima has been nothing short of nightmare. From the moment I drove it off the lot, it became evident that this car was plagued with serious engine issues. The engine sputtered and hesitated, especially when accelerating, making every drive a stressful ordeal. Oil leaking everywhere the engine had smoke coming out of it. The car's reliability was nonexistent, leaving my daughter stranded on more than one occasion due to sudden breakdowns only a month after owning it .. I called lee auto dozens of times but in the end they said “it was our fault” save yourself the trouble and go somwhere else unless your a mechanic! More
