I went back two weeks later, feeling better because I wasn't rushed or pushed into any situation. Kati Patterson was EXCEPTIONAL through the final process. She was clear and professional, explained everything in an understandable way, and again, not pushy, but patient and resourceful. I wasn't rushed through anything, and again, felt as though I was a valued guest of hers. Despite my apprehension of having to get a car earlier than planned, I am so grateful to have met these two fine professionals, Paul and Kati, and I am so happy to have come across Suntrup Hyundai.
