Bill found our dream ride in his inventory, and worked together with us to make the sale happen. At first the finance companies quoted a high interest rate. Bill did not accept the rate that was quoted, and fought for us with his GM, bringing the rate down to an acceptable level. He was able to answer to our satisfaction all of our questions and eased our doubts. He never asked us or pushed us for the sale, but he had the right car at the right price, and earned our business. It was amazing to see all the awards above Bill's desk which were well earned with years of experience and customer service. We highly recommend Bill and his sales team at Coulter Cadillac! More

Arriving we were greeted by Andrew and we spent over 2hrs going over our NEW to us Certified Pre-Owned 2022 XT6. Very knowledgeable, professiona and courtesy. We then were welcomed by "Will" in Finance he answered all our questions disclosed everything properly and I purchased a 72/72 GMP Ext Svc Contract.
