I had such a great experience when I visited Hilltop GMC, the service advisor, and technician explained in detail my issue. Then was able to send a driver to a Vallejo dealed for the part I needed. I had a manufacturer recall issue. I was met with friendly service people. I spoke to the parts person about another question that I had, and was provided. accurate information. The car check honestly didn't take that long and the part will be arrive in the next 10 days, or so. I was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman with the ponytail, that I still had 1 year left to my power train warranty. I was unaware of that, because I purchased it at a used car dealership. I love my mechanic, but will be taking an advantage of my power train warranty, due to wonderful service and respect that I received by the entire team. More
