Do not shop at Shotenkirk Toyota used made 1 payment then engine blows! Called and called and called took weeks to get looked at. Now waiting 4-6 months I was told at the least under the factory waranty and engine blows! Called and called and called took weeks to get looked at. Now waiting 4-6 months I was told at the least under the factory waranty and finally got a loaner a few weeks in. Took bad review to finally get a manager to call me offered me less than I paid for it loose the 3 payments and the tax’s I paid walk away loosing about $5000 way I see it way to go on the pre purchase 100 point joke inspection guys manager hung up on me thanks for your help sir More

I did not like the MANDATORY add-on’s. A add on that is worthless to me. The added fees that were non-negotiable are absurd and should be part of the listed price. Paul was amazing. Tyler was frustrated when he couldn’t upsell warranties and seemed to lose interest in my o should be part of the listed price. Paul was amazing. When I went to pick up my new vehicle, I had to turn in my down payment - all other paperwork was complete.(not a problem until, after almost an hour of sitting there,I saw Tyler visiting with co-workers instead of meeting with me to quickly get my check.
