New Car The car I had wanted ( or thought I did) had sold in the time since I saw it Weds. until I brought my girl to see it Thurs. There was a similar car a The car I had wanted ( or thought I did) had sold in the time since I saw it Weds. until I brought my girl to see it Thurs. There was a similar car a year older but with less miles than the first. It was marked to head to auction at the end of the week so I knew Lexus would deal. The car was marked down $4k to move it. The salesman said the was no more room but we got them lower. I got a fabulous car. Four years old with 10k miles for little more than half the cost of new. I couldn't be any happier. More

Unlock doors I requested to have my certified Lexus ES300h just purchased from your dealership to have all the doors unlocked when unlocking the door. This was requested was made when I first pulled up at the service area when I came in for a scheduled tinting appointment. Thank you for the loaner. Paul Dackow - the Man Ken noticed us whilst browsing in the Showroom looking at CLexus cars. He came over and that started the whole process. We were there to service our 2 Ken noticed us whilst browsing in the Showroom looking at CLexus cars. He came over and that started the whole process. We were there to service our 2013 ES300h as planned. After the test drive of the RX we were taken to Paul who was going to crunch so numbers. Ken and Paul are both very courteous and listens very carefully. Paul knew that our interest in the RX wasn't too hot and when I told him about a prior visit to look at a newer ES300h some months ago, he immediately got us interested. After a few offers and counter offers, the deal was closed. Of course, Paul explained the new features of this model and demonstrated how to operate them. What a guy ! He was very thorough especially during the very hot summer weather, he kept on going. Lexus of Henderson Management - you are very fortunate to have a man like Paul Dackow working for you. He is excellent in understanding and listening to customers needs and wishes and comes up with the answers and solutions both benefitting the dealership and customer. More
