I took automotive courses early on at a community college. I then went to be a lube tech at a few different shops and eventually became a service writer at a dealership and stayed there for about 9 years. I recently made the move from Seattle to here in Cleveland and have started my journey here at Metro Lexus. I moved here mainly for the cost of living but I also like experiencing new places, people and environments. Every state, city and neighborhood always have their own personality and perspectives. The experience here has been great, busy, but great. All the system are completely new to me but everyone is very helpful and it has made the transition a lot easier.

When you finished with the service of my car, i was given a bill by someone and it showed that it was twice as high as the estimate. I left a little disappointed since I was told they did other things which a bill by someone and it showed that it was twice as high as the estimate. I left a little disappointed since I was told they did other things which merit the increase in rate. But later in the day I received a call from Paul Cooper explaining that a mistake had been made with the identifying code for the service and I would be defunded half of what I paid. I was extremely delighted and impressed by Paul double checking the service paperwork to make sure everything went ok, since he was the one who checked me in! I am very impressed and grateful to Paul Cooper for his very thorough examination of what happened that I will personally ask for him on my 30,000 mile checkup. I look forward to seeing him again as he seems as honest as the days are getting long, as the old saying goes! Thank you Paul for your diligence in this matter, I look forward to seeing you again soon! More
