How was my experience? I had a great time at Ford of Kendall, excellent service. The staff was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about their vehicles. Their salesman Jonathan went above and beyond taking care of the entire process from start to finish; he was by my side at every step making sure the deal was reasonable for both parts and clarifying every question I had. He was clearly interested in the customer's satisfaction instead of just the transaction (as other dealers do). Why not a 5 stars review? My current issue with this dealership is with their management and the way they conduct their business. I traded in a vehicle as part of my deal and they had to cover the payoff to acquire the title. They have taken so long to do so, that my next payment was due and it was automatically collected from my bank account. I didn't canceled the automatic payments immediately as the debt is still under my name and I thought they would deal with it on a timely manner. I'm currently dealing with my bank in order to recoup the money while at the same time concerned that there could be a delinquent charge on a loan under my name if I do so. I'm wondering if the payoff the dealership will do includes the last payment I made for a vehicle I no longer own or of they will honor the terms of the contract we agreed on ... I guess time will tell. Would I recommend this dealership ? I can no longer in good faith recommend anyone trading a vehicle in at this place, there are other options to do so with a more transparent process that makes these scenarios hard to believe. Other than that, they have a good selection of vehicles and their prices and incentives are great, I don't regret doing business with them but my recommendation comes with a call for caution with the details. More

To be honest I thought u will have a good experience since Jose Pepe and Paul and Jessica were amazing with me with all their honest professionalism, and kindness, also Alex Juan from service Steve GM. since Jose Pepe and Paul and Jessica were amazing with me with all their honest professionalism, and kindness, also Alex Juan from service Steve GM. However from day one the car bronco 2024 big bend that I got was given to me damaged I don’t know who knew about that, but at first service and general manager tried to charge me for that before putting this under warranty, they were kind later on, but I did have the worst luck bad experience ever with a car dealer or a merchant ever for real, because even tho I had a damaged car since day 1 5 min later after I took from the dealer started acting up, but Kendall of ford never offered me any kind of compensation or good well, lease still same price, down payment as well, I got two loaners cheaper than the bronco I’m paying for, one of them was towed by mistake not my error and then when I was about to be for it 210 as it cost me and the dealer, no the dealer decided to come there to the tow service and take the car being to me back later on 6 hours after and charge me at first almost double the price 400 usd, no one does that no any dealer in the world I asked and I have general manager at BMW Hundai. We’re now in November 17 almost 3 weeks after singing the lease fit he car I want, however my dream car is in pieces in the Kendall dealer of ford and I’m living everyday a nightmare and frustration. Just tell me why after paying so much money for this deal I have to go through all this misery? Please have Luis the stores owner or the CEO of ford call me to understand what I’m going through. Rafael Mendoza the service advisor is amazing. I went for an oil change this past Saturday and it took two hours but my vehicle is running great. They did the full service that was needed. Went in prepared; knew exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. Jacob helped me find the car, reach a quick deal, and even delivered the car to my home. I wish I could fully describe how wonderful Moises is as a salesman and as a person. This will be our 3rd car from Ford of Kendall in 2 years and it's all because of Moises. He always answers any text messages and phone calls and goes above and beyond for his customers. Before I even went to the dealership he was already sending me truck options, explaining the different trim levels and features, and pricing which made the process at the dealership quick and painless. Thank you for having someone like Moises who is not only a great salesman but also a great person who has an insane amount of knowledge of Ford vehicles and has great customer service.
