After 20 years of driving the same truck came time to buy something new biggest reason I kept it so long was because I didn’t want to deal with a car sales men or sit for 8 hrs trying to purchase one from a something new biggest reason I kept it so long was because I didn’t want to deal with a car sales men or sit for 8 hrs trying to purchase one from a dealership … so I did my research and found a truck I liked at Dayton Toyota on rt 130 in south Brunswick as I walk in I was meet with a smile Jeffery Marcus great guy made me feel totally comfortable didn’t try selling me a car he really wanted me to love a car or he didn’t even want to sell it to me …. Well I did love the truck a 2025 Toyota tundra so now’s the long wait to purchase it …….. nope I was soooo wrong Jeffery made this process so simple when he handed me off to Micheal the finance guy he as well made everything so quick and easy Paul I’m guessing is the head boss because he helped bring the price down of the vehicle and made me a great deal I couldn’t pass up !!!! All in all what I thought was going to be an all day process took only a matter of hours and I was on my way home in my new truck !!!!! We recently bought a 2025 Camry LE from the Dayton dealership. Kevin initially helped us with our options including the test ride and the various technology details. During our second visit (when we finally made our purchase) we were referred to Allan (Kevin's shift had ended). Allan was equally knowledgeable and thorough and helped us through the post purchase process. He was efficient and ensured that all formalities were completed as quickly as feasible so that we could be on the road with the new car. Before we drove off, he spent some time with us to explain the various functions in the car itself. Overall a big thank you to Kevin, Allan and Jason (financing) for a very smooth experience, frank discussions and a straight-forward process. In the past we had narrowed down our vehicle to the exact model and features. This purchase had come about due to necessity since our 2009 Toyota Venza had over 200,000 miles and we were due for an upgrade. We considered downsizing to the RAV-4 which I had owned in the past but we didn't like the 4 cylinder engine. Our Venza had impressive power and performance, not to mention we loved the styling and overall design. We even considered waiting until the new Venza comes out but the previews showed a more sporty, sleek design which we didn't like. We also wanted to step up a level since it's been 12 years since we owned a brand new car. Dayton Toyota had a 2019 Limited Platinum Hybrid with only 20 miles and had all the bells and whistles. Once we saw it and test drove it we knew it was the car for us! Paul our salesman did a great job of working with us and helped us in every way he could to make our decision. I have to say this was probably the most stress-free car buying experience I ever had. Especially with all of the paperwork! Actually the most time consuming part was getting through to the insurance company! I would highly recommend Toyota vehicles and Dayton Toyota and their staff for their exceptional service! More
