I am still very disappointed in the car that we were sold. My daughter is making payments on a lemon. She has yet to receive a call back from the person in service who was to handle our issues. We have left several messages for Art in service and he has yet to return the call. Also, when we brought the car in saying it was making a noise, your staff told us there was no noise that they could hear. Now, the car is at San Tan Honda and they are telling me that there is no way that your service department inspected this vehicle prior to selling it. They are telling us that is needs roughly $5500 in work. This could not have been caused by her driving it the last few months. She drove her previous Honda for 5 years without having to replace a clutch but now, the clutch as well as several other items need replacing. I am so upset with your dealership. I cannot even begin to express how sick I am that you sold a 20 year old kid that attends college full-time as well as works fulltime, busting her tail , a vehicle that is nothing but a headache.

Once again I am disgusted by your service. I received a call on Monday from the public relations manager who PROMISED me that she would call me back by the end of the day on Monday, and once again, you failed to come through with your promise (not that this surprises me at this point). So, here we are on Friday and my daughter has a vehicle that she is paying for and cannot drive. It is odvious to me, at this point, that your top priority is making a sale. Then, from there, you could care less what was promised, etc, you just continue to try to stick it to another customer.... Well, I am, at this point going to contact Channel 3 new for 3 on your side. I am sure that they would love to hear what great service that you fail to provide and how little you care about your customers. I have told everyone that I know about the way that you do business and I plan to spread the word as much as I can. Your dealership only adds to the bad reputation of used car sales and you should be ashamed of how you have treatedx this 20 year old girl on her first auto purchase.
