Bait and Switch'd Let me start by saying I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2015 and it was a great experience and I loved them. Fast forward to Aug 2019 Let me start by saying I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2015 and it was a great experience and I loved them. Fast forward to Aug 2019, I was looking at getting a Nissan Leaf. They had a 2018 they were selling as new. They never went over numbers with me until we were in the business office already signing paperwork, meaning they had already done a hard pull on my credit. They started the business office meeting saying I had perfect credit, and then tried to tell me the high interest rate on the loan was due to credit problems, not the fact that they were financing the car as used, though they were selling it as new. I left without buying the car, and received a letter from one of the banks that I was denied for a loan with them. Upon contacting the bank, they started that Luther was selling the car for more than it was worth. I will never buy another car from this dealership. Even now, in October, I am getting letters from other banks stating the same thing, where Luther was valuing the car for more than it was worth. Never. Again. More

Money Hungry Dealership This dealership screwed up the paperwork first of all, Expected my brother to sign the new contract with higher interest claiming to extended his mont This dealership screwed up the paperwork first of all, Expected my brother to sign the new contract with higher interest claiming to extended his months to make his payment lower. Obviously, my brother traded his car and also put down $1000 down. Well he got his car back with problems now. Lights don't work, His speedometer don't work and he cant even tell how fast or slow he's going. They made him pay an additional $58 or he wont get his car back. I will be helping my brother file a complaint to Minnesota Department of transportation dealer complaint and BBB today! Anyone that has issue with this dealer in specific, there are ways to file a complaint and let the state handle their money hungry scam they have going on. If you are buying a used vehicle, please follow the Lemon Law so you may be able to know what to do. More
