Paul is our in-house techy and internet savvy salesman. He has been in the car business for over 6 years. He has worked with a Ford dealer as well as a Chrysler dealer and really enjoys working with the Toyota brand. Paul is a people person and will go out of his way to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. In his spare time, he likes to be outdoors including fishing, playing frisbee golf, cycling, etc...(we can't add everything from his list). Shady business. Intentionally mishandled titling paperwork because we did not use their financing and they were unable to input our transaction into the "new system" Intentionally mishandled titling paperwork because we did not use their financing and they were unable to input our transaction into the "new system" as they would have preferred. Our case appears to be the 1 case where titling paperwork was not hand delivered to DMV as DMV confirmed typically occurs. Titling person, Skye, continued to lie and intentionally put off our paperwork. Even her supervisor lied and told us she would handle things and did not. VIN inspection not done in house as you can see on other reviews they are very capable of doing. We were not informed. Poor petty behavior from a dealership who isn't good enough to have it. The other vehicles we test drove had mechanical issues. One wouldn't even start without being jumped in the parking lot and they still tried to sell it to us as an option. Prices are not that competitive either. More

Went to Ehrlich to test drive a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid, though we had intentions of purchasing through another dealership. We were approached by the salesperson Ken Harvey while walking around the car. Ken was quick to come speak with us and allow us to test drive the car. I had done my due diligence prior to test driving as I was very interested, though Ken shared a ton of information with me before taking the car out. I respect his approach to share information about the car and felt he was not pushy at all, but very helpful. He offered to us to go with or without him, and after recent test drives with salespeople talking the entire time, we chose without. It was nice to listen to the car, road noise, and play around with some buttons rather than have small talk the entire test drive. After driving the car we wanted to sleep on it before making a decision, and Ken simply told us to reach out any time with questions or proceed. A few days passed as we continued to decide if it was right for us before Ken called to see if he could further assist us. We decided to pursue the vehicle through Ken instead of our original plan because of his excellent customer service and no pressure tactic. The car we chose had been hard to find, so we had to wait until it was shipped to this location. Ken provided frequent updates and did everything he could do to expedite the process. We are very happy to have dealt with Ken and our experience with Ehrlich was great. Happy new car owners! Thanks Ken. More

Fantastic Service from everyone in dealership This dealership, and particularly it's employees, were fantastic. Our saleswoman not only did what she could to get us a great deal, she and the rest This dealership, and particularly it's employees, were fantastic. Our saleswoman not only did what she could to get us a great deal, she and the rest of the team went out of their way to protect our interests when we accidentally purchased a 2 wheel drive truck by mistake. The finance team questioned the 2 wheel drive purchase based largely in part because of the personal conversation they went out of their way to engage us in. The saleswoman took immediate action to rectify the situation by personally calling us and inviting us back in even though it was almost closing time. Then both her and management did all they could to keep us in a truck we wanted for a better price than we could have hoped for, in and effort to rectify an honest mistake that, in my opinion, they didn't have to claim full responsibility for. If we need to get our car serviced anyway, why not support an organization that provides a minimum of $6,000 monthly to non-profits in the area. I came to support Loveland Choir. I will continue to come so that Ehrlich can continue to give to multiple non-profits. That is a company I can support, and choose to support now. More

When we got to the "let's talk price" stage, we were surprised at how quickly Nisa and the organization made us a deal far better than any we had found in other comparable dealerships. The entire organization displayed competence and customer orientation. It was a rare experience! I was treated with respect and dignity. Luckily I drew Scott as my working salesman. He was very low pressure and asked for the order several times without being pushy. I really enjoyed working with him. Paul worked hard to get the price down to where I felt that it was a workable deal. Brad went over all of the papers, including the extended warranty programs with me and I finally bought one of them though I feel, and hope, that it was just money wasted. And then amiable Travis offered words of encouragement and took good care of the nice lady at the next table. All-in-all it was a productive visit. I ended up buying a Tundra which I really didn't expect to do when I walked in there. This is the second Tundra that I have bought from Ehrlich. My daughter and I had been researching on the internet for a Toyota Highlander. We live in Thornton, Colorado and even though we lived closer to other Toyota Dealerships, Ehrlich Toyota had the exact car for a Toyota Highlander. We live in Thornton, Colorado and even though we lived closer to other Toyota Dealerships, Ehrlich Toyota had the exact car that we wanted. I felt that the drive to Greeley was well worth it. From the time that we entered the showroom, every salesperson was very friendly and wanted to know if we had been helped. We test drove the vehicle, and we were left alone to make a decision as to which vehicle and accessories that we wanted. I was not pressured into taking a particular vehicle. They were very considerate in trying to get the paperwork completed and getting us on the road before dark. Paul still made the time to explain all of the features inside the vehicle so that we would feel comfortable in driving it home. I plan to service the vehicle here in Greeley as often as we can because of the help we received here. More
