I only say this because at some dealerships they will tell you the vehicle you’re interested in is there and when you show up they say it sold before you got there. I was working with Zach on my purchase. He was friendly, professional and respectful. Negotiations are a breeze. They were respectful of my connection to my truck I was trading in and gave me fair market value on my trade in. The entire staff made a concerted effort to get me in and out as fast as possible, not making the purchase an all day event. This was a first for me. I was very skeptical of buying a truck sight/unseen from a dealer over 1,000 miles away. However, Lenz helped make me comfortable with the process. Over all a good experience with the sales team as well as the finance department however not the most pleased with the delivery drivers, they delivered my truck with fresh asphalt splatter all over the side the finance department however not the most pleased with the delivery drivers, they delivered my truck with fresh asphalt splatter all over the side of the truck. It also had less than a quarter tank of gas.I was supposed to get the truck on Monday morning and they showed up in the early afternoon and I told them I was not taking the truck with the asphalt on it, so they took it back and after talking to the general manager he had it completely detailed once again and got the truck back to me on Tuesday morning spotless with a full tank of gas.
