Given the short amount of time we had, Jerry did NOT rush us and made the experience comfortable. He did NOT put any pressure on us when we wanted to talk it over. Once my wife and I weighed our options on Sunday, we decided to move forward with our purchase. We spoke with Jerry first thing Monday morning and he was able to get everything ready for us. We came into the dealership to sign, which Patti made it quick and painless, and we were pleased to get the deal done. The financial gal explained my contract thoroughly; let me add in GAP on the spot. They had my credit app back within minutes! The entire experience was stress free which was exactly what I needed.
