The fair dealings in sales and service over this 13-year relationship, and, more recently, the care, compassion and understanding I received after my husband's passing, weighed heavily on my decision to purchase my 2018 Nissan Altima from Pine Belt Nissan Toms River. The sales & service teams (Sales: Jonathan McShane & Michael Kelleher; Business & Finance, Evan Winderbaum & Joseph Cirillo. Service: Gary Markle, Patsy Boland & Pat Gonzalez) are invaluable assets to this dealership and greatly influenced my decision to maintain my long-standing relationship with this fine family of employees at Pine Belt Nissan Toms River. Furthermore, I am pleased to say that I passed down my 2005 Maxima to a family member who will now become a third generation Pine Belt Toms River customer. More

poor service Since I bought my car brand new with 8 miles on it I have been telling them there is something wrong with the front passenger window they still refuse Since I bought my car brand new with 8 miles on it I have been telling them there is something wrong with the front passenger window they still refuse to fix it going on 3 years now. Their hours for service are very inconvenient for people who work. They close at 4:30 and Saturday is always swamped. You can't make appointments for oil changes so it's first come first serve. You better make sure to have over an hour to waste of your life just for a 20 minute oil change. What about a loner car you ask. That too they refuse to give you even though they have them. Getting a break job? Prepare for squeaky breaks for a year (so far) that they again won't fix. The only nice and respectful person here today was Tyler who was the young man who checks you in. More
