One star because 0 is not an option. I have given this dealership the benifit of the doubt since 2020 when they were unable to diagnosis my Ford Flex issues and left me no choice but to I have given this dealership the benifit of the doubt since 2020 when they were unable to diagnosis my Ford Flex issues and left me no choice but to trade it off for a different vehicle. Dealership has gone from mediocre service to absolutely poor performance. No phone calls or updates from service. I had to call to get updates. In the end it took two days to diagnosis, no loaner vehicles and they expected me to pay $9.2K to fix two known Technical Service Bulletion related issues, one for CDF transmission issue and the other the for the widely know cam phaser failures. Extended warranty went out 2 months prior. Feeble attempts to provide any customer satisfaction or service. I recommend staying as far away as possible from this dealership. Too bad I really liked my truck and Ford's amenities, but proven unreliable mechanically not once, but twice More

My husband and I were in the market for a used truck. I'll skip to the great part; We left the lot in a brand-new Ford F-150! Nathan was our salesman. He was phenomenal and had a great sense of humor. Ev I'll skip to the great part; We left the lot in a brand-new Ford F-150! Nathan was our salesman. He was phenomenal and had a great sense of humor. Even after he told us what the inventory was for used trucks, which was not within our parameters, we were still sitting there. This was because he was so personable, persistent in trying to get to know what our needs were and continued finding ways to help. He made us feel comfortable and as if we were in the right place. Then Patrick came over and greeted us. He added to what Nathan had already shown us. Patrick was hospitable, honest, and truly showed that he cared. They did not stop until everything was exactly where we wanted it. John finalized all of the paperwork, and he also continued on with full honesty. He had an affable persona and made the process very easy. We are happy to have encountered this dealership, as we are not from that area. We turned down other vehicles at different dealers because of the precedent of being purely genuine that Patrick, Nathan and John had already set. This was the greatest vehicle buying experience that we have ever had. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you. More
