Once we began the process to purchase, each person we spoke with explained everything fully, was professional and conversive. Everything was explained well and while we were given options, we didn't feel the hard sell tactics that you often get at dealerships. We appreciated this. We got the feeling that the sales staff believed fully in what was being offerred and wanted to be certain we understood what we were accepting or declining. We came from out of town and were hit with 800 dollars of garbage fees....security and battery charges. We should have known about these ahead of time but nonetheless these charges were applied.
