Buying a car can be a drag, but Patrick made my experience pleasant and I feel completely satisfied with my buying decision. Patrick spent considerable time and effort finding and delivering a car that met my exact specifications. The one thing I really appreciated was that he listened to me - he didn't try to talk over me, he didn't try to up-sell me and he didn't try to influence my decision. Instead, I told him what I was looking for, he listened intently, asked some qualifying questions and after some effort, was able to find a car that met my needs. I met with Patrick three times in person - and he was in constant contact with me via phone throughout the entire sales process - pre-sale, sale and post-sale. I have not purchased a car from a dealership in over twenty years so I was feeling quite nervous about how the whole purchase, sales tax, registration and all worked. This conversation put me in a much more relaxed place and I was more able to focus on the options available to me. Patrick explained the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. He took my situation into account and with his professionalism, helped me purchase a CR-V. I could not be anymore pleased or excited about my "new" car. I told Patrick sisk that I had narrowed my choice to 3 different cars only 1 was a Honda. Despite the possiblity he may not have a sale, he spent a lot of time with me and my father going over all the mo different cars only 1 was a Honda. Patrick went way out of the way to get the specific vehicle (manual transmission with multiple options) I was considering, even though I had not yet committed to buying a Honda. He gave me multiple opportunities to drive the vehicle over 2+ months while I anguished whether I wanted that vehicle or a Nissan model. After the purchase he has followed up on numerous occasions to ensure that I'm happy with the vehicle and with the service I've received at the dealership (during a couple minor warrenty service issues). He has taken it upon himself to monitor the progress while my car was being serviced and has even offered to transport me to or from the dealership while I was waiting for my car to be finished. He listened to what I wanted in a car and he gave me many options. I never felt pressured nor did I feel I had to buy a car that day, although the option was given to me. I did not find a car on the lot that day I wanted to purchase, so patrick offered to have one brought to the dealership that same day.
