Webb Chevy sold me a 2018 Ford Focus that needs $3800 of transmission work. I asked repeatedly if there were any issues and all they would say is “there are no codes right now”. Which means they cleared t transmission work. I asked repeatedly if there were any issues and all they would say is “there are no codes right now”. Which means they cleared the codes and sold me a broken car. Complete con artists, the epitome of sleazy used care salesmen. I’ve reached out to lawyers, consumer affairs, and the attorney general. No one keeps these crooks in check because they all work together. The manager wouldn’t call me back because he knows exactly what he did. CRIMINALS!!! More

Webb Chevy is a pretty good dealership. They do what it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied For the most part however just like other dealerships they cut corners for profit. I bought a Camaro from there and they only change the two front tires instead of all of them when the rear ones needed to be changed as well as the front. Now I have to pay out-of-pocket to get the two tires replaced when they should’ve just done the right thing in the first place More
