Great service and no pressure. Great car buying experience. Patrick and Johnson were knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles. Dealership lacks customer service and honestly. I am a prior customer of Tuttle Click who purchased a Fusion from Jim F seven years ago. My values are such that I believe in being a loyal customer I am a prior customer of Tuttle Click who purchased a Fusion from Jim F seven years ago. My values are such that I believe in being a loyal customer when I am satisfied with my product purchase and have received good service. That being said, I returned to the dealership and contacted Jim F to purchase another Fusion. I was met with an attitude of indifference and an impression that my business was unimportant. During several of our conversations, Jim mentioned how busy the dealership was, that there was a big sale going on, and that it was a holiday weekend. As a result of these remarks, I requested a time-certain meeting so I could test drive the vehicle. I arrived at the scheduled time and Jim passed me off to another salesman, Patrick. This was after waiting a day because Jim indicated he was very busy Saturday afternoon. Patrick was very helpful, but limited in his ability to finalize the purchase. That afternoon I selected a specific vehicle which was available at another dealership. Jim indicated that he had to contact a certain person at that dealership to get it transferred. Sunday passed and no contact was made. Monday passed and no contact was made. When I asked for the name and location of the other dealership, Jim told me a complete lie about who and where it was, I found the dealership in Orange County where I reside rather than Woodlawn Hills as he reported to me. I could go on, but I'll summarize by stating that I bought the vehicle from the other dealer who treated me with dignity and professionalism. I still cannot believe in this day and age, that a salesperson/manager continues to portray the slippery, unethical "car salesman" image that I though was now just a myth.
