When I dropped oof my vehicle, I was met by Patrick Lynch who presented himself with a warm welcome, professionalism and the compassion to Customer care. TOOK TWO MONTHS TO GET A MIRROR REPLACED. SERVICE DEPT. DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS. SHOULD OF BEEN RED FLAGS A W/O WAS OPEN THIS LONG WITH NO PROGRESS AND NO NOTIFICATIONS TO CUSTOMER. When I purchased the vehicle, they were supposed to have a few things done that weren’t done. I was told they were short on people and it would be an IOU. They called me and asked me to bring it back this w a few things done that weren’t done. I was told they were short on people and it would be an IOU. They called me and asked me to bring it back this week to have those things done when they called for me to come pick it up. I noticed one of the things still weren’t done. The bedliner was not sprayed. Very disappointing in this. More

Was a little concerned/upset when my first appointment (made online) was cancelled and was rescheduled for 2 days later because the software safety recall was going to take two hours. I will call next ti (made online) was cancelled and was rescheduled for 2 days later because the software safety recall was going to take two hours. I will call next time for service via phone. It was more than made up for after being serviced by Patrick Lynch. He was more than cordial and helpful and I left that day feeling much better about Mohawk Chevrolet. In addition, the lady at the front greeting desk (not sure of her name) is an asset for this dealership. Always friendly and helpful every time I visit. I will get her name on my next service visit! More
