I came into the dealership to test drive an X3. I wasn’t necessarily planning to buy, but I liked the car and Carlos made the experience really wonderful. Those two factors are what made me decide I wasn’t necessarily planning to buy, but I liked the car and Carlos made the experience really wonderful. Those two factors are what made me decide to come back on Monday and purchase. Carlos is super friendly and approachable. He got me in the car for a test drive very quickly and the entire process for financing and plate transfer and trade-in was done super fast. The team is very professional and they treat customers like real people. I didn’t have to deal with any long wait times or prices of post it notes or relentless negotiations. Carlos is a big reason why I bought the car and I can’t recommend the buying experience enough even for preowned cars. Thank you Carlos and Autohaus On Edens! I love my new car and the process was painless! More

If you are looking for great customer service and friendly faces then Autohaus on Edens is the place for you. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. Within 7 days Carlos, Ricky, Patrick, and friendly faces then Autohaus on Edens is the place for you. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. Within 7 days Carlos, Ricky, Patrick, and Alan had me in a newer and better car. They worked hard with me and was very patient with the insurance company to get me into the car I wanted. Carols checked on me every day to make sure I was ok and he kept me updated daily. He turned my tears into a smile. They are a great group of people over there. Mercedes... it's the best or nothing.
