Hometown kindness After receiving help, in the pouring rain, from the Munster police department and Alamo Auto Service Center in Hammond after losing the fob to my car, After receiving help, in the pouring rain, from the Munster police department and Alamo Auto Service Center in Hammond after losing the fob to my car, I figured what are the odds that the Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram would be able to come through for me in time to make it back to Indy for Thanksgiving? Well, they did. Late that Tuesday afternoon, I called and spoke to Pat Kubacki in Parts who was able to secure the part I needed and promised to have it there the next morning, which it was. Jamie Teslow in Service ensured that the new fob was properly programed and had my car ready early on Wednesday afternoon. Both gentleman were patient and understanding of my need to get back home for the holiday. They exceeded my expectations and were so kind in the process. I would definitely recommend Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a great service oriented dealership. There's more than one reason I've driven a Chrysler for so many years. Gods for the BUSY! I have a VERY busy life and I am not always able to make and keep appointments. I drove in and Kelly helped me like I was in Jeep Heaven.
