I can not thank Mullinax in Birmingham Alabama enough
they really treated me like I was royalty and I recieved the same treatment at the Mullinax in Mobile! I traveled a little over 3hrs to look at Vehic
they really treated me like I was royalty and I recieved the same treatment at the Mullinax in Mobile! I traveled a little over 3hrs to look at Vehicle. After I arrived they addressed my concerns with purchasing the Vehicle and I was able to walk away with key in hand! ALL of the staff was willing to help. It was like a big family welcoming you to come in to visit not just to try and get you to purchase a Vehicle.

Update on review..... like I stated above purchasing the Vehicle was a great experience and it was it was Montgomery not Birmingham not sure why I was thinking that....however I've already ran into some issues within 4 days of having it. I purchased the 2020 Ford Explorer 10/14/2023 the SUVs power folding mirror button was not working they said I could take it to Mullinax Ford dealership in Mobile Alabama and they would pay for the cost to fix it. So I left Montgomery and took it straight to Mobile dealership same day. I had a tough time with that dealership returing my phone calls. I finally was able to pick my car up on tues 10/24/2023 at pickup I was notified that my SUV In fact, was not equipped with power folding mirrors. That the wrong button was there. Today 10/28/2023 I needed to put a baby walker into the back of SuV which required me putting down the back row seats. The driver side head rest will not lay down therefore I can not lay both my seats down to use the trunk space. So before purchasing anything used make sure you check litterly everything out down to the orginal sticker on the car from manufacturer. I thought I had read everything and tried everything but I missed it when researching the SUV apprently that it is a common issue with the suv and requires taking the whole seat out and replacing the Mechanism. I only folded the passenger side down when checking the car out and regret not catching it before purchasing with that said I I still stand by the 5 stars for Montgomery with hospitality when purchasing my SUV. Future buyers just look everything over when purchasing used!
