BEWARE – Check Your Loan Documents Carefully I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. During the finance process, I clearly declined all extended warranties and service contracts. Howev very disappointing experience at this dealership. During the finance process, I clearly declined all extended warranties and service contracts. However, when I reviewed my loan paperwork about a week later, I discovered that a $5,000 service contract had been added to my loan without my approval. Buyers should be extremely careful when signing documents on the iPad in the finance department and review every page thoroughly before finalizing anything. This has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend double-checking all loan and add-on documents before leaving the dealership. More
