Excellent customer service, I had a great experience at bill utter, they really care about their customers, and they went above and beyond to help me get into a new vehicle!!! Mr Patrick “the preacher” is bill utter, they really care about their customers, and they went above and beyond to help me get into a new vehicle!!! Mr Patrick “the preacher” is awesome he really cares and makes you feel like family when you are there, and mr Patrick is extremely knowledgeable about the car industry and Will lead you in the right direction when it comes to purchasing a vehicle!!!! Our experience with Dylan was excellent even though he shared the fact that he was relatively new in car sales at Bill Utter. He was accommodating when different cars were needed for us to inspect. He kep shared the fact that he was relatively new in car sales at Bill Utter. He was accommodating when different cars were needed for us to inspect. He kept in contact with answers to our questions and when he would be available at the dealership. Late in the day he needed to leave for a doctor’s appointment just before we were able to get back in to finish up paperwork and he gave us a heads up. At that time, he turned us over to his partner, Patrick, who he assured us was a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Dylan was right. Patrick was another amazing salesman who went above and beyond. We were just as comfortable with Patrick finishing up what Dylan had started and it was seamless. It was evident they had full trust in each other to treat their customers as their own. When we were turned over to the Finance Manager, it was a continuation of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable information. Dylan also was very patient helping us set up some of the tech things that some 75 year olds have trouble dealing with. In summary - Dylan treated us like we were his grandparents and Patrick seemed like helpful, generous Uncle. Dylan handled the sales end of things like a seasoned salesperson. He will continue to be an asset for your company. You can’t expect any more of this Bill Utter FORD Team ! Thanks for everything and this will be our FORD Dealer going forward. Karen L. More

I've been trying to get a new car. I been asking the sales person who has been not doing anything I asked for. They are greedy sales manager. Didn't even bother looking at my deal. I even had a co signer to help me out still won't help me out. I mean why even bother selling cars I hope Mr utter fires his sales manager for this. More
