Nice cars, great salesman, but better hope you don’t have any mechanical issues! Do not buy their extended warranty (Smart Autocare). I’m stuck paying for a 7,000 dollar transmission for my vehicle, that is any mechanical issues! Do not buy their extended warranty (Smart Autocare). I’m stuck paying for a 7,000 dollar transmission for my vehicle, that is still under warranty, and is supposed to be covered under their warranty that they sold with vehicle… and Patrick at EAW will not return phone calls, or help with the warranty they sold with vehicle. Just beware that they will leave you out to dry on the warranty they sell you... Which is sad considering their reputation, and quality of vehicles, but at the end of the day they are just a typical used car dealer if one of those “nice” cars has an issue. More
