The sales rep I was connected isn't listed below, but his name was Jeremy. He didn't know anything about the vehicle I was interested in and he told me the markup or "market adjustment" was normal and to be name was Jeremy. When I questioned this, he was rude and could have cared less about providing any kind of service. I believe customer service is such a foreign concept to those at this dealership that they see their customers as vulnerable victims they're looking to take advantage of. Steer clear of this dealership if you want anything nearing a pleasant sales experience with fair pricing. More
