I have never been so pleased with a dealership before.They worked hard on helping me find the car that I liked and wanted.Then they very hard on getting me the right price and low intrest. My experience buying a used car at Suburban Chevrolet was seamless and outstanding. I walked in there one hour before closing time on a Saturday evening, and drove out of there less than two hours later in m seamless and outstanding. I walked in there one hour before closing time on a Saturday evening, and drove out of there less than two hours later in my new "used" car, including all of the loan/trade paperwork being completed. Ben and Patrick were very laid back, honest and straight-forward. Price I negotiated for my car was significantly less than what that car lists for and can be found for anywhere else. They even had somebody fix some minor tears in the leather front seats at no additional cost to me and not as a condition of the deal. I can't even see where the seats were torn now! One thing that impressed me was their attitude not to sell any used cars that have mechanical flaws, leaks, etc. The car I traded apparently needed a few things done to it. They easily could have band-aided it and put it out on the lot but did not and instead decided to send it to auction rather than invest the money in it required to fix it, since doing that would have rsulted in them not making a significant profit on the car. That is definitely unusual based on my experience. Overall, a very satisfying deal...I would buy there again. I ended up with a beautiful car (same model as one I traded but better equipped and a year newer), and financed it with only a 24 month loan to boot at same payments I was making before! More

I found a used vehicle on Suburban Chevy’s website, but was a bit suspicious of the condition and price. However, after a phone call and face-to-face visit, I was completely blown away by their customer or was a bit suspicious of the condition and price. However, after a phone call and face-to-face visit, I was completely blown away by their customer oriented, genuine, caring approach and honesty. I dealt with Patrick in sales, and found that he played none of the typical sales games with me. He was honest about the vehicle and all the facts checked out. In addition, he went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns. They also did whatever they could to get me the lowest possible rate when it came to the financing. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our purchase, and will definitely be visiting Suburban Chevy for any future vehicle purchases. If you see a vehicle you like at their location, do not waste your time with other dealers; they will treat you well and sell you a intensely inspected vehicle. Great job guys! More

I inquired recently about a Mustang listed at an amazing price, and although my credit isn't great, I was promised that I would drive off the lot that day if I came in. Upon my arrival, the entire staff we price, and although my credit isn't great, I was promised that I would drive off the lot that day if I came in. Upon my arrival, the entire staff welcomed me and had the car ready for a drive. I worked with Patrick...he was a no-B.S. guy and demonstrated a great knowledge of cars and the products on the lot. He shot me straight, and helped me weigh the positives and negatives before I made an informed decision. As promised, they worked with my budget and got my payments down to a comfortable level, and before I knew it I was strapped in to my '09 Mustang with low miles and a price that completely blew the competition out of the water! I was amazed at how well Patrick and his team worked together to get me in this car...freshly washed and detailed...ready to roll. I said, "Patrick the only thing I don't like about this car is that it doesn't have leather interior." Within seconds he had a competitive quote for leather color of my choice...all added to the buying price with no additional money down! I was floored! To top it all off, when I finished buying the car, Patrick followed me to a relative's house to drop off my old camaro (which was 20 minutes away) so I would have the pleasure of riding back to ft. lauderdale in my new ride! Patrick even gave more than one follow-up call to make sure I was happy and all was well. I give this dealership and the experience 5 stars...hands down! More
