We recently bought 2 cars from Budd Baer. 1 from the Mazda dealership, featuring Patrick Handyside and Jenifer Parish, who were amazing. The second was from the Subaru Dealership, where w 1 from the Mazda dealership, featuring Patrick Handyside and Jenifer Parish, who were amazing. The second was from the Subaru Dealership, where we were less than pleased. This was the second car that we've purchased there and felt like little effort was put into making this deal for us. We typically have an auto draft check, know what we want and buy, making us an easy sell. In this case, Dan Ozga was asked for a copy of the pricing on our first day in - he said it needed to be updated and he'd get it to me. He didn't. On the day that I was coming in to finalize, I asked him for a copy of the numbers in the morning, but he never sent them. When I arrived at the dealership, he didn't offer them. When I went into finance with Deborah Stonemark, who was just the sweetest person, we ended up taking twice the time to do the paperwork as the official 'deal' hadn't been finalized. This may have been a sales tactic on Dan's part, but it was a weak one, at that, and caused problems for me. Both on the day that I first came in and on the day that I finalized the purchase, Dylan McGinty was rude, belligerent, and bullying in his behaviors. He was obnoxious with Deborah in front of me and moved her aside to get into her computer screen and make changes. She was logged in - he should not have done this and his behaviors are not acceptable, as a sales manager, in any event. I was very unimpressed with him and think that he is a poor example of what Budd Baer represents. When asked to do this survey, I indicated that I would buy again - and I will. I will not work with Dan or Dylan. If Patrick Handyside could sell from all of the Budd Baer dealerships, we'd never work with anyone else! To Budd Baer - we believe in your mission, but Dylan is a poor representative of it. Don't let him diminish all that you have built - not all clients would return after dealing with him and seeing how he treated your other employees. More
