After car sales process was completed, which was very good, we waited over 2 hours for the F&I person to be available. Then took 40 minutes to complete that process of declining all the add-ons the deale good, we waited over 2 hours for the F&I person to be available. Then took 40 minutes to complete that process of declining all the add-ons the dealership wants to sell and getting the name on the title corrected. Sales mgr provided excuses that it was one of busiest days of year and one finance mgr was out on maternity, so we got a trainee. More

We have dealt with this dealership as Waikem for years, with very few complaints. For the most part, Diehl made a smooth transition. My recent experience was stressful because I had multiple emails wantin with very few complaints. For the most part, Diehl made a smooth transition. My recent experience was stressful because I had multiple emails wanting my Civic and suggesting a wonderful deal,plus emails about Honda days savings, not getting a good deal until getting "our" deal. “I recently took my car in for service to diagnose an issue, and I was informed the cost would be $200. While I understand the importance of paying for quality work, I found the pricing misleading. Initi issue, and I was informed the cost would be $200. While I understand the importance of paying for quality work, I found the pricing misleading. Initially, I was told the service fee was $150, but additional charges were added, bringing the total to $200. As a hardworking individual who values transparency, I find this practice deceptive and unfair. Additionally, I feel that repair costs for motor vehicles are often overinflated, making it even more challenging for everyday people to afford necessary maintenance.” More
