We worked through sms while I was at work, he physically walked out to the car and took a bunch of pictures of it since they were not on the site yet. I really appreciated him doing that so I knew I wasn't wasting my time. I showed up for a test drive and he gave me the keys and let me at it. I was out of time while viewing the car and had to head home due to bus schedule, he arranged transportation for me to get home in time. That was amazing and really helped me feel like I was at a good place. The financing department and Patrick were great as well. All around a good experience for anyone who may be weary of buying a used car. The car had a grinding noise when I test drove it and I expressed my concern. They fixed it and made it good before purchasing it. I am overall extremely happy with my experience. Thanks ash. More
