Went in to browse their cars, ended up buying one on the spot. I mentioned I had 3 price ranges in mind, low, medium, and high, and their staff took the time to show me cars in all three ranges. After I purchased the car, they sat with me and guided me through the car features and helped me install an app to connect to the car. All and all, the entire process felt smooth and complete.
