Patricia was very easy to work with as I was turning my 2022 CRV in and looking to either buy it or lease a new CRV. I got the new CR. At a very fair lease amount. Joel was amazing and very professional. He explained what was happening and gave me a timeframe that I will be in the shop. He followed up once it was done to get me in and out.
