I have a red 2015 Chevy Corvette. I brought my car back to this dealership because I had some previous work done and felt that because this was a Chevy dealership they can handle doin I brought my car back to this dealership because I had some previous work done and felt that because this was a Chevy dealership they can handle doing a little body work on my car. I dropped my car off on May 17th. They ordered the wrong parts for my car causing them to delay my car getting fixed. It has now been over 2 months now and I still don’t have my car. When I call to get an update they don’t answer the phone. When they do they don’t give you any answers. Trust and being comfortable with the people you do business with is important and you will not get that at this dealership. More

Top service Pat was great to deal with in your body shop. I had my truck in after a accident that wasn't my fault. she dealt with the adjuster ,kept my wife and I Pat was great to deal with in your body shop. I had my truck in after a accident that wasn't my fault. she dealt with the adjuster ,kept my wife and I informed and worked internal with the shop staff to cover all issues with my truck. I was working out of town and Pat went out of her way to keep my wife in the loop. Merit and staff was there when I needed them from start to finish. When I called from the accident late Saturday afternoon to have it towed , to picking it up a week later. Great , Great Service , Special Kudos to Pat More

I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Merit and have received excellent service. The process is so smooth and painless that I will never go anywhere else. After hitting a deer with my Traverse, I brough received excellent service. The process is so smooth and painless that I will never go anywhere else. After hitting a deer with my Traverse, I brought it to Merit body shop. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance and had it done very quickly! This was the first time using the body shop and can honestly say that I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Merit is a one stop shop and I would highly recommended them to everyone. More
