A experience I'll never forget. Whenever I want to buy another car again he will be my go to. The previous salesman who made us feel uncomfortable through his remarks and facial expressions, judging based off of our appearance that we were unable to afford a more expensive vehicle right away nearly ruined it. But thanks to the director and especially Victor they completely turned it around for us! I couldn't be more thankful. The director was so kind as well and handled the situation amazingly. The staff works well as a team and Shaun was our go to guy. We made at least three different trips to the dealership before we finally decided on our new purchase. One of the first things that comes to mind is how patient Shaun Dames and Nick Poole were. They were there for us throughout the process communicating promptly and doing everything in their power to help us find the right vehicle.
