Tom was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions during the process. This was my first car purchase from a dealership, and Tom patiently walked me through all the steps. In my first attempt at this review, I was initially disappointed in the trade-in value that they offered for my vehicle, but after talking to a manager after the sale, it cleared up my confusion. Tom and Pat were both very professional and seemed genuinely interested in making my opinion heard, and I really appreciate that. The one slight issue is that I was given no wiggle room on new vehicle pricing and negotiation. I jokingly asked if I could get a Nissan hat from their display case thrown into the deal, and it was a resounding no. Seems a bit absurd that you can't throw a $10 hat into a $35,000+ purchase. Obviously missing out on a hat isn’t a big deal, but it highlighted that the negotiation process wasn’t as smooth of an experience as I believe it could be. More

My sales team was amazing and made everything go smooth and painless. The service department however was supposed to run an Ozone treatment in my vehicle due to the smell of cigarette smoke when purchased and painless.
