We stopped at the dealership to specifically look at a CR-V. We were looking for a replacement vehicle for myself as my daughter was taking over my vehicle after hers was totaled out the week before from CR-V. We were looking for a replacement vehicle for myself as my daughter was taking over my vehicle after hers was totaled out the week before from hitting a deer. We were greeted by Pat and were able to take a CR-V for a test drive. We were open and let him know that we wanted to go look at a couple of other brands but were really impressed with the vehicle. He was very helpful and we never felt pressured! We went to a couple of other dealerships but one was very pushy and we felt pressured. The other dealership was helpful as well but we weren't impressed with the vehicle that we were shown. We decided to go back and talk to Pat for a second test drive. Again, he was very helpful and gave us time to talk it over. After some deliberation, we decided that it was the correct vehicle for us! Pat and Mark stayed past closing to finish up the dealer and we couldn't be happier! We felt bad for them having to stay late but they didn't rush us and we appreciated that! I would highly recommend Luther St. Cloud Honda and we look forward to future business with the company! More

The salesman I worked with made some unnecessary and off putting comments towards me and his nonverbal communication seemed like he was annoyed the whole time. There were damages that weren’t disclosed on t putting comments towards me and his nonverbal communication seemed like he was annoyed the whole time. There were damages that weren’t disclosed on the website and when I spoke up about the damages, he didn’t say anything and brought us inside and just told us to sit down. There was a resolution thankfully though. The sales manager was very friendly. More
