We were there on December 22 and there wasn’t another customer in the entire building, yet we sat for almost 2 hours waiting for finance.

Paperwork went smoothly. However, when the vehicle was shipped to me, out of state, it was missing items (driver manual, rim lock key) and the two things I requested be done before shipment were not. (Remove dealer sticker on back, installation of front bumper license plate holder).
I don’t know where the miscommunication happened, but the delivery aspect was hectic as I had to call to get these issues resolved.

I think my deal was fair and was a good give-and-take experience in which I think both parties were cordially satisfied. Being a Car person that I am I was a little disappointed in their certified used mechanics version of going over the vehicle cause even though he certified it I have found some although minor issues, but I would have thought a thorough investigation would have picked up and corrected these without any problem. That is my only real Beef up to now. And they did offer me a very, very good warranty with the vehicles that I’m very happy with.
