BMW of SOUTH ATLANTA ROCKS!!! I had to take my baby in to get her air bags replaced due to the Takata Recall and they were ALL so very courteous, kind, and efficient! And they eve I had to take my baby in to get her air bags replaced due to the Takata Recall and they were ALL so very courteous, kind, and efficient! And they even gave my baby a bath and vacuumed her up! They've gained a customer for life! More

Took in for Oil Change & Alignment, car returned with dent. Had some reservation about taking my wife 5 series in for service. I should have stuck to my gut. Bad BMW customer service! needed rear view mirror checked (was coming loose). Service person took a brief glance (didn't even get in car) & said I would have to have new windsh needed rear view mirror checked (was coming loose). Service person took a brief glance (didn't even get in car) & said I would have to have new windshield replaced...well no, nothing wrong there. Not even advice to repair....only said....it would be very expensive. Not the usual BMW service!!! Even called later & after numerous calls finally talked w/someone who still didn't have a clue! He even said they don't repair BMW mirrors.....well where the heck do you take BMWs if the dealership won't or don't know what to do. Won't be buying anymore BMWs (or services) from this dealership! More
