Always work hard to double check my Subaru to make sure everything is functioning safely and effectively. We found a small glitch, and service ordered the part expedited to be replaced within two days. Th everything is functioning safely and effectively. We recently moved to Jacksonville from Oregon. We brought our 2018 Outback with us. Our first experience with Subaru of Jacksonville was with their Service Department. We fell in love with Subaru of Jacksonv our 2018 Outback with us. Our first experience with Subaru of Jacksonville was with their Service Department. We fell in love with Subaru of Jacksonville at that point. No appointment for an oil change was great. The service department and service associate were so helpful and friendly. Within the month we were in need of a car. Dean (husband) met with Jerry Johnson to do a test drive of a used car. That didn’t work out, but with Jerry’s help we found that the 2022 Ascent was the car our family needed. We worked with Nando and Jerry. Jerry took us out for a test drive and went over all the details our new Ascent had to offer us. We were sold on the Ascent. Ryan finalized the deal for us. We will be back. We want to thank the whole team for their friendly and professional sales and service. More
