Fast, easy service Entering Premier, I did not know much of the car buying experience, but after an hour or so with Parker, he was able to give me a few options for what Entering Premier, I did not know much of the car buying experience, but after an hour or so with Parker, he was able to give me a few options for what I was pursuing and the best deal possible for my situation. Rodney helped with the finance paperwork and assisted me through the process quickly and easily with a few jokes along the way. Andi was great helping me setup my phone and audio through Bluteooth. Paola ( Andi) was very thorough and patient in explaining everything. Both she and Parker were very accommodating, upbeat and positive and answered all my questions, making me feel particularly comfortable. I definitely felt if I had any questions in the future they would both be available and willing to help me. Andi conveyed a great deal of information about the car's functions clearly and simply in a short amount of time and that eased any anxiety I had about driving a new vehicle. It was overall, a positive experience. More

From there it went kinda downhill. We Picked our car up at about 6PM , it is dark out, Common sense says bring the car inside so the customer can see what is going on , not in a dark parking lot. Also when we were going over the car if we asked about certain things couldn't see them then, he never opened the hood. Then the paper work. 2 HRS !!!!!! be serious. Your company knew we were buying the car the day before and not 1 !!! piece of paper work filled out ahead of time! . Granted, they had not seen our car but you only gave us $1000 for it . For that penitence at least some of the paper work could have been done before hand and poor Theo is working with a dot matrics printer that came over on the Mayflower ,come on ,you are building a multimillion doller building and this poor man who is basicly the last man we deal with is using junk!!! He did great though In closing your people were wonderful ,your system is well, not so good, Over 2 hours to buy a car is crazy ,I have bought houses quicker !! Thank you sorry for being so honest More
