I purchased a used 2023 Ford F-350 from this dealership as an out of state customer. Joe Gonzalas & Max helped me with getting additional pictures and went as far as getting the truck up on a lift in the s as an out of state customer. We had several less than satisfactory experiences with other dealers when we contacted Jones Ford Verde Valley. Joe Gonzales and Parker, Joe's general manager, went out of their way to make us comfortabl other dealers when we contacted Jones Ford Verde Valley. Joe Gonzales and Parker, Joe's general manager, went out of their way to make us comfortable with their open and accommodating approach to selling us the truck we were interested in. We drove for about 90 minutes each way to visit the Verde Valley dealership and would happily do so again to purchase another vehicle.
