I recently had an outstanding experience at Diehl Subaru's service center, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and accommodating service that made me feel valued as a customer. What really stood out to me was their top-notch quality of work. I had a blown tire that needed immediate attention, and they managed to procure and fix it in less than 24 hours! I was genuinely impressed by their efficiency and dedication to getting me back on the road quickly. Throughout the entire process, the staff kept me updated on the progress, which I really appreciated. Their transparent communication made it easy to understand what was happening with my vehicle. Plus, their pricing is great—definitely competitive for the quality of service they provide. I always know I can count on Diehl Subaru for my automotive needs. Brought my new car in for it's first oil change. Service was done in a timely manner as I waited on site for it. On my way home, I realized that the TPMS hadn't been reset. After trying to find Service was done in a timely manner as I waited on site for it. On my way home, I realized that the TPMS hadn't been reset. After trying to find instructions in the manual, I called the service department and was told that I had to drive back to the dealership to have it reset. Another hour of my time to drive there and back on my day off. Not the best first impression of the service department but they did give me a free oil change to use in the future. More
