Sorry, but I wasn't helped by Anthony this time for the regular car service. I was helped by Pamela Yaeger. She was wonderful and got my car ready over 1 hour and 15 min before I needed it to drive to a me regular car service. I was helped by Pamela Yaeger. She was wonderful and got my car ready over 1 hour and 15 min before I needed it to drive to a meeting. I would highly recommend her. More

From the day I purchased my very first brand new truck from Serramonte Ford I have been living in a nightmare and regretting the purchase. On the first complimentary oil change and 3 other occasions since from Serramonte Ford I have been living in a nightmare and regretting the purchase. On the first complimentary oil change and 3 other occasions since they have damaged my truck when I have brought it in for service to make up for prior damage they did! They take absolutely ZERO responsibility, have blamed me or been annoyed and treated me poorly because of their own mistakes. One time they even left me stranded at a Shopping center because the workers were too afraid to they’ll their manager that they damaged my truck. I’ve been waiting for months for a replacement part now that they broke on my last visit. Absolutely do not buy a truck here, you will regret it! I’m thinking about selling my truck just so I don’t have to take it there anymore for warranty service. They also dodge calls and do not respond, it’s a very dishonest dealership. Beware! More

Smooth and pleasant experience. The service staff was very helpful and accommodating. I needed warranty work in addition to my scheduled routine maintenance, but I wasn't scheduled f The service staff was very helpful and accommodating. I needed warranty work in addition to my scheduled routine maintenance, but I wasn't scheduled for it. But the staff was able to get my car looked at for the warranty stuff so the needed part could be ordered, saving me an extra trip back. More
