Hello. My name is Pam Thompson and I've been selling cars for over 10 years, with the last 6 of them at Harry Robinson Buick GMC Inc. in Fort Smith Arkansas. I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to meet and get to know so many people who become my friends, many close friends. I feel very grateful that I work at a place that I look forward to going to every single day and I want the same for my customers. Instead of dreading going car shopping, I want my customers to look forward to it, have a good time, and get a really good deal!

Great Experience We purchased a used 2015 Yukon and couldn't be happier. Pam Thompson was professional and very attentive to every detail. Because our Yukon was used, We purchased a used 2015 Yukon and couldn't be happier. Pam Thompson was professional and very attentive to every detail. Because our Yukon was used, it needed a few little touch-ups before we took it home. Pam kept notes on everything and followed through with each detail. She also knew how to help me utilize all the features in my vehicle, too. Mike in the finance office had all our paperwork ready and took the time to answer all our questions...not hurry us out the door. The service department was very friendly and had 1 little issue to fix. They fixed it perfectly and in a timely manner. The young man who transported me to and from work was on time and even washed and vacuumed my Yukon before I took it home. This is our first purchase at Harry Robinson, and I would definitely come back. More
