Best and easiest deal yet! I'm 70 years old and as such have purchased a lot of new and used vehicles in my life. I have done business with the Lubbers boys since I was in high I'm 70 years old and as such have purchased a lot of new and used vehicles in my life. I have done business with the Lubbers boys since I was in high school, when they were in the auto parts and speed parts business.Although that generation is mostly in the background now, all but one of them are still very much active in the business and have passed the high values that they had back in the 60s and 70s { before the turn of the century} on to the next generations of family ,and employees.. I just purchased a 2020 Silverado from Mark Lubbers, and he, and Billy Lubbers gave me one of the best and easiest deals I have ever had on a vehicle. I had a large Wichita dealership approach me about a new pickup and I looked at their deal then went to Lubbers and ended up getting a much better deal. Also Chris Buckles handled the paperwork in record time and had me on the road in nothing flat. Service and parts departments have always held the same values which is why I keep coming back. Car bought earlier First car I bought was a 2009 Pontiac G6, Rick Epps went beyond the call of duty to help me and my mom the car, car ran good and everything, started t First car I bought was a 2009 Pontiac G6, Rick Epps went beyond the call of duty to help me and my mom the car, car ran good and everything, started to have car problems with it last year, and as old as it was and the miles that was on it. We had about 2500 left to pay on it, but we called Rick on a Friday in November if I remember right last year and told him what was going on with the car. He called us back shortly after that and told us that there was a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT that just came onto the lot, so we went down to to take a look at it and filled out the paperwork for the Chevy, and wasnt expecting to be approved for the Chevy. they has the cruze in the shop getting worked on. We left there in a red version of the Cruze. I will be going back there to get my future vehicles. A big thanks to Rick and the lubbers crew for making it happen. I will absolutely recommend these guys to anyone, and I will also recommend going to Rick Epps, that's the only guy I been dealing with so far when I got my cars there More

Pam is one awesome counterwoman!! there is a stigma when some people hear car dealership. You automatically think of there salesmen, and how some are very pushy. In December I unfortunately had to get some engine work done on my '07 Suburban. The folks in the service department were very professional. The service desk lady, Pam, was very patient in explaining what done on my '07 Suburban. The folks in the service department were very professional. The service desk lady, Pam, was very patient in explaining what was involved. I may be old-fashioned but I was impressed that she knew as much as she did! It ended up being an expensive repair that I had no choice but to do, but it really made me feel better about it the way she worked with me. I will definitely refer my friends to Lubbers. More
