Pam takes very good care of me. She always makes any commitment she makes with me. If she says she'll call my 4, she will call me by 4. She explains in great detail any recommended service and she is very knowledgeable about my vehicle. The gentleman who bring my vehicle is very friendly and he always make sure that I don't leave any belongings in my loaner vehicle. I was looking at a Lexus for my second vehicle but I am leaning towards an Infiniti just because of the service dept. Thanks!! More

Important to me is their record keeping of our car maintaince records of what is important to do at certain times. The Best Dealership !! The Best Staff !! I have been an Infiniti customer for the past 20 years and have just leased my 7th car. The last 4 have come from Circle Infiniti and although I have I have been an Infiniti customer for the past 20 years and have just leased my 7th car. The last 4 have come from Circle Infiniti and although I have never considered car shopping one of my favorite pastimes, Circle Infiniti has somehow managed to turn the process into a pleasant one. The staff is outstanding. My salesperson is Joel Friedman and he is probably the most professional and straightforward auto salesperson that I have ever dealt with. My 4 lease experiences were all one visit each and done !! As far as the service staff is concerned, Frank is an outstanding manager and pays close attention to customer concerns, but among the service advisors Pam Crisafulli is absolutely the most competent person I have ever met in all my years of driving. When there is a problem you can be sure that Pam is take care of it !! If you are interested in buying or leasing an Infiniti, do yourself a favor and head straight to Circle. More
