Dealership lied to me and said I was approved with a lender at 2.2 interest. Let me drive the car away and 2 months later tell me I wasn't approved but I would be approved with them at 10.9. Then recent lender at 2.2 interest. Let me drive the car away and 2 months later tell me I wasn't approved but I would be approved with them at 10.9. Then recently I went to the original lender to refinance and found out I was actually approved the night I bought the car. Would not recommend this company due to scams. Also my car is upside down by 6k. A good Dealership would not treat customers this way. Also they ran my credit over 30 times and all were hard inquiries dropping my credit score over 100 points. More

1st salesman will tell you anything to sell you a car. I have had the worst service and feel like an idiot for spending my money with this place. I canceled my gap 2 months ago and lady told me they woul I have had the worst service and feel like an idiot for spending my money with this place. I canceled my gap 2 months ago and lady told me they would mail me a check. After calling 3 times a week the lady would never return my call to make sure I had all my documents were received. 2 months later I finally ask to speak to Mr Sutherlin but got with another lady who actually did answer my questions. Comes to find out they had no record of this cancelation. Someone need to be reminded what their responsibilities are. I bought a 2019 altima new and after 2 months of having the vehicle the grill vent caused the check engine light came on. I took it to them and they told me that it was not covered under warranty. I called nmac and they told me to go to Naples Nissan to see what they could do. Sutherlin was going to charge me 700 dollars to fix something I didn't do. Naples Nissan which is where I will do my business from now on said no problem and got it fixed under warranty. Still I am waiting a year later for a new radio in my car because the know won't control the volume and it goes crazy from time to time by it going as loud as possible just for no reason. I'm still waiting to get it fixed after a year. I could go on with my bad experiences with this dealership but don't think it will do any good. People there just want to rip people off so they can take you money. Boycott Sutherlin.... More

Based on a car that was advertise on Sutherlin’s website for 17000 I visited sutherlin Nissan in for Myers. I was shown a car, same model, year, etc, test drove it, shown all the bells and whistles, and th for 17000 I visited sutherlin Nissan in for Myers. I was shown a car, same model, year, etc, test drove it, shown all the bells and whistles, and then told that the car was $26000 (the price on the windshield). I was told that they were willing To give it to me for $24,000. I told the salesperson I had seen the same model and year on their website and gave him the model number. He said that was the car I just test drove which he wanted $24000. I told him the website indicated the price to be $17000. He said sheepishly, oh, that’s just to get the customer in. Needing a car ASAP, I reluctantly agreed to pay $21000 for the car that was advertised for 17000 ! I toke the car home, and let me tell you, it needed a cleaning...I found plastic utensil hidden in the truck area, the inside of the car was not cleaned and I found some sort of part that was not attached. To top all this off ,the front fender on the passenger side had popped out, which I couldn’t pop back in. The moral of the story is...stay away from Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers, they cant be trusted. More
